Hudson Police Investigating Swatting Incident at High School

The Hudson Police Department is investigating an alleged “swatting” call made today, falsely reporting an act of violence at Hudson High School. These types of calls are meant to generate a large police response in a community. We are aware that other school districts have received similar calls today. There is no threat or active danger to the schools at this time however, there will be an increased police presence today. We understand that given the events of the past week that this may be particularly troubling for members of our community. The Hudson Police Department is committed to the safety and security of our community and our schools.
